Neuron Analysis Crack + Product Key Free Download

It is a Java-based software package designed to analyze neurons after immunostaining for different markers.
The image processing and analysis can be done manually or automatically.
The software allows the user to create and analyze their own neuron datasets, in particular for the detection of neuron markers and puncta within the neurites.
Implemented filters
The implemented filters consist of:

Shape filters
Colors filters
Embedded filters
(e.g. ImageJ can process this data).
Custom filters (written in Java) can be defined to perform some additional process on the data, such as a specialised treatment to adjust the brightness or contrast of the image.

Specify the channels you want to analyze
– Channel 1 (for visualizing the total neuron): can be used to be able to view all the cytoplasm of the neuron (different objects are visualized: the nucleus, the dendritic shaft, etc…).
– Channel 2 (for visualizing the whole neuron): a second channel displaying all the structures of the neuron (nucleus, dendrites, axon).
– Channel 3 (for displaying puncta of interest): any channel of interest can be defined
– Channel 4 (for displaying planes of interest): define the planes that you want to be able to measure the puncta that you specify in the previous channel.
– Channel 5 (for the membrane stain): this channel displays the area of interest covered by the dye. For live cell imaging, this channel must be activated only for a few seconds before the data analysis. In the case of a fixed sample, this channel can be active for the whole image analysis.
– Channel 6 (for visualizing the main channel): this channel displays the second channel of interest that you have specified.
– Channel 7 (for the image to be analyzed): this channel is the one where you want to display the original picture for analysis. In this channel, you have the possibility of displaying a second image where the neuron is highlighted to facilitate the puncta detection.
– Channel 8 (for visualizing the selected channels): this channel will display the channels that you have specified in this channel and these channels can be turned off with the checkbox at the top of the channel list. This channel can be useful when you want to turn off the dendritic and axonal structure channels that you do not want to analyze.
